Alisha handled our accounts over 28 years ago at a previous office and we followed her to Jackie's office. I have always had wonderful service from Alisha and other members of the staff at Jackie's office. Most recently Hailey went above and beyond. We had a total loss to an uninsured motorists; she checked on us right after the incident and reassured me, answered many questions during the process, and provided insurance information and coverage when we selected a new vehicle. Always friendly and helpful so when it feels like the corporation doesn't care our agent does!

I have been with this office literally as long as I could drive. The team is so attentive!! Even if the Corporate Claims department isn’t checking on me, this team is! I know they cannot control the rates we are receiving but they definitely help me where they can and make me feel like family. I can’t recommend Jackie and her team enough!!
